160 Prince Street at the corner of Thompson Street. 212-226-9069. Average main course $10.95. This place is like something from a B movie. They have a pool table, jukebox, video games and a bar that is always smoked filled. The reason to go here - it is casual and has good food such as homemade pasta, burgers and a wonderful Mexican menu.
Karavas Place Restaurant

It's the usual like Falafel sandwiches and Gyros but it's really good and always so fresh. There's a juke box, video games, a bar, and window tables for great people watching in the village.

205 East Houston Street at Ludlow Street. 212-254-2246. Average sandwich $9.35. You'll need to take a ticket and get in line. The all beef hot dogs are worth the wait. The sandwiches are so big you can share.
