"As we graze it grows"

1 3/4 cups self rising whole wheat flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup soft margarine
3/4 cup light brown sugar
Few drops of vanilla extract
4 eggs
3 ounces White Chocolate, coarsely chopped
Chocolate leaves and curls, to decorate

For the White Chocolate Sauce:

3 ounces white chocolate
2/3 cup light cream or half and half
2 -3 tablespoons milk

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.  Sift the flour, cocoa powder and salt into a bowl, adding in the whole wheat flakes for the sieve.  Cream the margarine, sugar and vanilla extract together until light and fluffy, then gently beat in one egg. Gradually stir in the remaining eggs, one at a time, alternately folding in some of the flour, until the mixture is blended in.  Stir in the white chocolate and spoon into a 1 1/2 to 2 pound loaf pan or a 7 inch greased cake pan.  Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, or until just firm to the touch and shrinking away from the sides of the pan.  Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.  Heat the white chocolate and cream very gently in a pan until the chocolate is melted.  Add the milk and stir until cool.  Serve the cake sliced, in a pool of sauce and decorated with chocolate leaves and curls.
