"As we graze it grows"

1 - 10 pound ham
Salt and pepper
For Honey Glaze:
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup water
1 quart pineapple juice
1 quart honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
6 - 8 slices of pineapple

To Cook Ham:  Rub a 10 pound fresh ham with salt and pepper.  Cover with foil and bake about 1 1/2 hours (about half done).  Baste every 45 minutes with the Honey Glaze until done.  Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.  Remove from oven.  Uncover ham and cook for another 40 minutes.

Honey Glaze:  Dissolve cornstarch in water.  Bring juice, honey, sugar, and mustard to a gentle boil. Pour cornstarch into boiling mixture and stir until thickened.  To garnish, lay sliced pineapple on ham.  Pour Honey Glaze over garnished ham and heat in 300 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Yields 20 - 25 servings.
