"As we graze it grows"

1 pound linguine
1 medium size onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup crushed red pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup Italian dry white wine
2 cups fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
1 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
3 cups fresh seafood, chopped (calamari, mussels, clams, shrimp, crabmeat, lobster, cod, bass, or swordfish)
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

In a large lidded pan, boil water to cook the pasta.  In a frying pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and crushed pepper in the olive oil for 2 minutes;  add the white wine and continue cooking.  After 5 more minutes, add the tomatoes, Italian herb seasoning, and parsley;  cook for 5 minutes.  Stir in the diced seafood and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.  (Do not overcook;  Seafood is better slightly underdone.) Stir in the basil and remove form the heat.  Cook the pasta al dente and drain it.  Place the pasta in a large bowl;  mix in the seafood sauce.  Serve immediately.  Serves 6.
